From February 7 to 9, around forty Youth leaders gathered, as they do every year, at Domaine Mozet for a training weekend.
Some of them led a workshop on the theme “Becoming Bridge Builders”. Several topics were covered: teamwork, spirituality, child development, how to build a monkey bridge, ecology… This weekend was also an opportunity to share spiritual moments, through praise, reflection, or prayer.
Of course, training is a continuous process, and each session is another opportunity to learn and acquire new skills. In parallel, and for nearly 15 years now, the JA Department has also been encouraging animators to follow an official training program to obtain a certificate recognized by the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.
Thank you to all these animators who dedicate themselves to our youth week after week.
