The first Fede-Info appeared in 1984. Coincidentally, this hundredth issue coincides with the centenary of our Federation. You will therefore find a number of articles related to this anniversary. The editorial by Jeroen Tuinstra, entitled ‘A new beginning’, will give you an opportunity to reflect on how we see the future of our church. And indeed, activities are starting up again, as is the case with the youth department, which organised several activities this summer, or with a new group that has been officially recognised in Grammont. Unfortunately, the word departure will also echo the death of two colleagues to whom we pay tribute. Of course, last summer was marked by the floods in Belgium and you can read about how ADRA was involved in helping the victims. Also, the words ‘departure and new’ will be doubly relevant to the changes in the pastoral corps. Finally, you will find some articles by our treasurer, Christian Sabot. Happy reading and a good new start!
