On Sunday, February 8, around one hundred guests gathered for the New Year reception, a warm and friendly time of fellowship and sharing over a meal. Among them were active and retired pastors, elders, federal department leaders, and several colleagues from the Franco-Belgian Union.
After a welcome drink and a few appetizers, we had the opportunity to listen to Yves Pierre, our president, as he outlined the Federation’s goals and projects for the new year. With gratitude for the work carried out by each leader, both at the local and federal levels, and above all toward our God, thankfulness became the central theme of this event.
Special thanks to the Latino group team from Genk, as well as to David Carballo and Guisèle Larmonie for decorating the international church, preparing and serving this generous meal, and also for the cleaning and tidying up afterward.
